Concierge services include: 

Home visits/sessions, appointment companion services, pre/post procedure consultations, 

crisis support visits & family sessions.

Rates may vary based on need...starting at $225

 Please consider that your session can be used for another client if you need to cancel  and/or reschedule. Clients are required to provide a 48 hour notice to avoid a late cancellation fee of $50. 

No call, no show clients will be charged the full rate of the session scheduled. Consideration for emergencies can be respectfully requested however should never be demanded or expected. 

Clients are considered inactive after 6 weeks of non-scheduled appointments. To be reinstated to active, clients must start over with new intake session. 

Thank you for helping us maintain the quality of our services for all clients served. 

I do not  accept insurance at this time. However, at clients request, I can provide a superbill which can be used to apply for reimbursement. 

Payment is due at the beginning of scheduled session. Methods accepted include cash,, personal check, HSA or all major credit/debit cards.

 New clients must secure initial appointment with  a valid credit card on file. 

All new intake sessions for new clients are scheduled for 90 mins. New intake forms are emailed to clients and should be submitted within 24 hours of initial appointment. Thank you for helping us maintain the quality services we work very hard to provide to  all clients served.
